POSSIBILITIES AND LIMITATIONS OF BUILDING BLOCKS IN THE PROCESS OF DESIGNING THE ARCHITECTURAL FORM
This paper deals with the building bricks as a possibility of didactic resource for the architecture, verified the lack of materials to this area. It was investigated nine sets of building bricks available on the market, being used for the materialization of the architectural form. A bibliographical review was carried out, a didactic experiment was observed in the classroom and a questionnaire was applied to the students involved. It stands out the understanding of the building bricks as one more possibility for architectural thought, and its contribution to stimulate the experimentation and conception of architecture, which includes a playful and motivational scenario.
