ANÁLISE E PROCESSO DE CRIAÇÃO DE PERSONAGEM: CONSIDERAÇÕES E PROPOSTA

The purpose of this article is to present a proposal for a character creation process, represented by a graphic model that includes a ‘Referential Frame’ that was also prepared by the author. Through an exploratory and applied qualitative research and the use of a method derived from Discursive Semiotics, characters analyses were carried out, based on the ‘expression plans’ and ‘content’, which are based on authors cited and in phenomenology. The analyses allowed the elaboration of the ‘Reference Frame’, which contains the elements and visual techniques used in the graphic representation of each character, as well as the meanings interpreted according to their personality and behavior. The proposed frame can be used for both creation and analyses of characters in animations and together with the elaborated process model, it contributes to an area in effective development.
