CADUX - Cartas de Acessibilidade Digital para Experiência de Uso
This study introduces CADUX - Cards of Digital Accessibility for User Experience, a set of guidelines aimed at digital resource creators, focusing on promoting inclusive experiences for users with visual or auditory impairments, especially in the context of Learning Digital Resources (LDR). While digital technologies provide opportunities for accessing knowledge, accessibility barriers limit the effective participation of these individuals in education. CADUX emerges from the analysis of accessibility guidelines, such as WCAG, and user experience (UX) research. Facing gaps in the implementation of these recommendations due to technical limitations and time constraints, CADUX incorporates principles of Universal Design, accessibility standards, and insights from people with disabilities. The research adopts the Design Science Research (DSR) approach to propose pragmatic solutions. It is noteworthy that digital inclusion goes beyond guidelines, requiring considerations about usability, utility, appearance, and emotions in interaction. In this context, CADUX seeks to guide professionals in creating LDR centered on the needs and abilities of users with disabilities, aiming to enhance the experience and promote inclusion.
