A LINGUAGEM GRÁFICA APLICADA AOS CONCEITOS DE CIRCULAÇÃO EM ARQUITETURA PARA O ENSINO DE PROJETO
Evandra Ramos Victorio, Doris kowaltowski

The present research, qualitative, of exploratory and propositional nature, addresses issues of circulation in architecture and how the concepts of organization, functionality, hierarchy and orientability, represented graphically through a family of pictograms, contribute to the improvement of architecture education. The research presents a tool in the form of an analogue game, to support the teaching-learning of the concept of circulation in architecture, and to promote a reflection on the contribution of these concepts in supporting the architectural design process. The results are the creation of a family of pictograms, and the composition of Concept cards and Path cards of Concept & Ideation game. The evaluation of the game's activity, in a controlled environment, confirmed the research hypothesis, that the educational game, about the concept of circulation in architecture, with its informational contents translated into a graphic language, contributes to the generation and expansion of the students' repertoire. Still in the learning context, the hypothesis states that the game supports the design process, in a playful way, in practices that encourage discussion for a better structuring the design system of circulation in architecture.
